The staff were v nice and helpful. The breakfast provided a great choice, and eating on the balcony over looking the sea was super. The room was clean and had a fridge, the balcony was v spacious. The spa was basic but a good addition to the hotel and a provides an activity if the weather was not good.

The amenities are extremely good: swimming pool, bar, resting area and the location which is not far from some towns and beaches where you can have a nice time to relax. Rooms were comfortable with A/C and also good warm water and well equipped bathrooms too. The breakfast was surreal, with so many good and fresh options. The people at the reception were very kind and helpful, including the german gentleman which checked us in and was very friendly too.

Close to the shops and restaurants, there is free parking in front of the hotel also the facilities are all clean and comfy

Hotel is at the beach, at promenade, we rented car so everyday after breakfast we leaved and came for dinner. Food was Perfect every day different, traditional spain dinner, everyday clean room, What i want to highlight is the staff, very Nice always smile and helpful , speaks deutch and also good in english . this hotel deserve 4* . Tranquil location, beautiful landscaped gardens. Loved the private garden terrace to our room. The pool area was wonderful, and the bonus was the excellent service from the team in the restaurant.

Hotel Creu de Tau is the cleanest hotels we have ever experienced. This old monastery was turned in to a beautiful spa hotel and they left soms of the old details intact, such as at the cool bar. The staf and service are also truly unmatched. We have travelled to many luxury and boutique hotels in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, but this hotel really outvoted with its genuine personal touch.

Friendly and attentive staff. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the hotel facilities and services were explained thoroughly upon arrival. The all-inclusive buffet was good, with a decent variety of dishes that changed regularly. Overall, the food was tasty and well presented. The cocktails were surprisingly good for an all-inclusive resort, and the service at the pool bar was generally fast and efficient. The included beer was average, but perfectly drinkable. The entertainment team did a great job. We enjoyed many of the activities and had fun throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and modern. The sea-view balcony was absolutely priceless. The pools are attractive and well maintained. The location is fantastic, directly in front of a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water. With a rental car, many stunning places around the island can be reached within 30–40 minutes.

Very kind and helpful staff! A lot of different delicious meals, great location, very close to a beautiful beach and city center. Swimming pool well maintained with a supervision of a lifeguard. Location and staff were great. Rooms and balcony are also spacious. Animation, kids club and evening shows were high quality! They provide free filtered water taps throughout the hotel.

Nice breakfast, really helpful & friendly staff. Bianca let us come back to the hotel and have a shower and freshen up as we had an evening flight.

Very beautiful architecture and decorations, creating a combination between Spanish/Moroccan/Thai style. Great pool area with stunning vegetation. Easy and free parking on the streets around. Great apartments with space and very comfortable beds and fairly quiet AC.

I liked everything about the property: the hotel is almost new, great space in the bedroom with lovely balconies, even the partial sea view was good. Each night they were leaving a kind message and chocolate on your bed. The Aura spa and gym were super nice with a lovely view of the sea. Restaurants and food serving a mix of local and international specialities with a beautiful outdoor dining space to enjoy the sea view while eating. The swimming pool and the sun beds deck is basically on the beach and you can go for a swim and back very quickly. Shout out to the STAFF. Each one of them from reception, the maids, restaurant and bar waiters, all of them very kind , making you feeling very special.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The location was excellent, and we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!
