I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful property. It was a beautiful little oasis in the middle of Galicia, and it was just perfect for my sister and I to spend two nights. The property is beautiful. You can watch the sunset over the lake on the property from the bar/restaurant terrace. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I would highly recommend Hermida Rural. Such an affordable price and a perfect getaway. Thank you so much. I hope to be back someday😃

I am doing the Camino Invierno and booked here for staging purposes. The village of Salcedo is hardly anything, but CR Salanova proved to be a hidden gem. Nice room. Full restaurant.

The family has just re-opened the pensión after several years. They also manage the albergue up the road. It is spotless and comfortable, perfect for pilgrims who want their own space. Despite what the booking listing says, it is NOT 2 km from town. It is very close, in fact, closer to town, then the Albergue. But on the same road.
