Location of hotel is some 10-15 mins walking from centre of town or railway station (expect to pay ~7€ for taxi from station) in an unattractive area devoid of food options but makes up for comfort, cleanliness and services. At the time prices closer to town were 30% more. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. Noise isolation of the room was sufficient. Hotel staff was friendly and spoke English. I like that we could use the breakfast room downstairs during the day. I appreciate that we could regulate temperature in our room with AC system, but also open a window.

Friendly staff. They prepared the fireplace only for us, and offered a great dinner. The place is quiet and gives you peace. We had the best of our time relaxing by the fireplace with a couple of beers. Thanks for everything!

It's huge!!! Plus a pleasant surprise on how to enter the apartment. Simply furnished for a holiday let but big rooms, could easily take 6 people. Air-conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during a heatwave. Lots of supermarkets near by. 10/15 from train station if arriving by public transport but I'd recommend a taxi if you have more than just hand luggage and until you get to know your way around. Hosts are available 24/7 and are very quick to respond.

Situated within 4.2 km of La Llotja del Tint and 4.2 km of Castell de Porqueres, Mas Rovira offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Banyoles.
