United KingdomEverything about the place was special. The owner met us on arrival, she provided us with a bottle of wine and fruits already cut up and a present for our dogs. A drawn picture, a ball and flicker, a dog blanket, two treats and doggie bags. There was a water bowl already full and dog bowls waiting to be filled. An exceptional place and hosts. The dogs also had their own bed.

United KingdomApartment was lovely very well equipped in the kitchen ,fans and aircon in all rooms very comfy sofas and bed and beautiful view from patio , few bars just up road all very friendly and food in kelly,s bar was lovely . The pool area is nice has great upper grassed area with beds and brollies great to chill out for couple hours in afternoon . we went for golfing warning to anyone don,t bother with duquesa course it,s like playing on cabbage patch but Dona Julia golf course was so good we played it twice .Was short stroll down to the port and if you don,t fancy walk up the hill plenty of cabs about 7 euro back we had a great time will definitely return

Manilva along the coast is relatively quiet for the time of year. Nice harbor with good eateries scattered here and there. And children are still appreciated here. A trip to the Estepona promenade is recommended, especially with children who can have a great time along the boulevard.

Beautiful scenery and lots of places to visit e.g. beaches and small towns/authentic villages. Great if you have a car to travel around. Some of our party had booked on various golf courses so that was why we booked this area. Was pleasantly surprised by area as have not been to this part of Costa del Sol before. Usually stay in Benalmadena. Loved Estapona area too.

One of the best‑kept secrets on the Costa del Sol.
One of the best‑kept secrets on the Costa del Sol. The area is perfectly located halfway between Duquesa Port and the more high‑end Sotogrande, giving you the best of both worlds. It’s far enough from the hustle and bustle to feel peaceful, yet still close to excellent restaurants and great beaches.

Easy drive to Gibraltar, Estepona and Marbella for those wanting something busier for a day. But nice and quiet for a relaxing time. Lots of beaches to chose from and places to eat out. Also many nearby golf course if you want to play while on holiday

Beautiful Puerto De La Dusequa marina area, with some good restaurants although not very up market if you enjoy fine dining. Can be noisy at nights with music etc but everything seems to quieten
down around midnight. Gorgeous quiet beach (shingle ) and you can walk from small town to the next one along the promenade.

The outside areas like sotogrande, marbella puerto banus and lovely too but need a car to get around.
But lovely place for a relaxing holiday.

Check‑in was very easy thanks to the clear instructions, and everything went smoothly on arrival. I came in on a back‑to‑back booking and wondered whether the cleaning might have been rushed, but the apartment was spotless, just like during my previous stay.
After reading some of the other reviews, I think a few guests have been overly critical. I’ve stayed in many short‑term rentals around the Costa del Sol, and this is genuinely one of the better options at a fair price.

excellent apartment in Manilva, after a complete renovation, everything is new, clean, convenient location, its own parking space which was important for me, 5 minutes walk to the beach, many cafes, restaurants, grocery stores nearby, special thanks to Laura, a pleasant hostess, very attentive, told everything, showed everything, I recommend this apartment for living, I would come here again!

Wonderful, spacious and modern apartment. Large, pleasant kitchen with all facilities. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in a bit earlier. The location was great for going to the beach, though Manilva itself was already quite deserted at the beginning of September.
