Martos has a bit of something for everyone.

Martos has a bit of something for everyone. Major town hustle and bustle; wide open countryside with many cycling and walking opportunities; All sorts of places for foodies; Superb local history and some fabulous monuments, forts and places of worship to marvel at. The locals are nice and friendly, if only I could have helped with a little more Spanish under my belt. Google translate can work wonders

Martos is great. So much to see and do.

Martos is great. So much to see and do. We love Cafe Europa with our host Manolo. Must be the friendliest man in Martos - always has a smile & a delicious selection of tapas. Also enjoyed Charlotte's about 1/2 block away, a hidden gem that sits back off the street. Great food & drinks. Other favourites were Restaurante Bavieria & Bauhaus. Can't wait to return!!

Absolutely everything ! We stayed in the Wellington Suite which was gorgeous and well worth the extra few euros. The hosts Peter and Tilly was just fantastic. It was home from home. They even took us out to dinner with them on the Sunday evening in Martos which was so lovely of them. The facilities are great. We extended our stay for a further day to enjoy the tranquility and being spoilt. We definitely recommend a stay here !

Don't hire this sleeping place. The People who had to help you are very unfriendly. They also send us the wrong codes for entering the house. So we had to go to another hotel for sleeping. We asked to pay us back but they refused. So we payed for this night almost 200 euro. No excuses afterwards. Don't make the same mistake that we did by hiring this place.
