The property is truly out in the middle of nowhere, but it was nice to get away from the big city. The Pool was cute.

As soon as we entered the reception area we could sense the cleanliness of the hotel, the room was just the same. The cleaners did a wonderful job every day we were there. We stayed at The Malena because we were visiting nearby friends. It is handy because it is on a main road, and you only have to go a few miles either way to get to restaurants and cafes. We had food and drinks from the attached bar a few times, but on this occasion we didn't have a main meal.
