Amazing location, very close to the beach yet not in the busiest city center. So it was close to all restaurants but quiet at night. Spar just around the corner. Very nice personnel, everyone was very kind. Breakfast was tasty, same every day but for cyclists there was everything you need. Bikes were allowed in our rooms / balcony, which is nice. Everything was nice and clean everyday, beds were ok comfy.

Excellent location, beautiful building, clean accommodation. Parking is 2 minutes away from the property, as it is located in the pedestrian zone of the historic center. Very satisfied.

Everything! We were in the city center witch is beautiful and apsolutely everything is so close to you parking, farmacy, restourants… The hotel it self is so so nice quiet peaceful but beautiful and very practical. The rooms were amaizing and also was the very nice staff. I would like to say thanks again to the nice gentelman and lady that work at the reception who also helped us navigate Mallorca and visit best places also gave great tips for our trips. The breakfast was delicious fresh fruit, yogurt, bread, orange juice… If i ever come back to Mallorca we will probably stay in Ara again. :)

Amazing stay. Hotel is in a great location, itself built to a high standard and all of the staff was very attentive (special mention Josué, even though really everyone did a great job). We would definitely come back.

Everything! It was perfect from the moment I made contact with the hotel! The hotel is quiet, peaceful, full of beautiful art pieces, has everything you need and exceptionally friendly staff.

We arrived with expectations of an unfinished renovation project and were pleasantly surprised that it was 95% ready. The pool was lovely and had comfortable sun beds. All the new furniture was modern, clean and to a good standard in the rooms we looked at. Of course, there were a few issues to sort out but the manager did everything and more to rectify them immediately. As a result we were upgraded to room 212 which had front and back balconies, therefore, sun all day. It was very spacious. Every Day something new appeared to enhance the apartment even more. As we were there the bar opened until 11 and they opened the restaurant for lunch until 3pm. Breakfast was excellent every day. It’s a 5 minute walk past lots of Spar shops down to beach or 5 minutes in the opposite direction to the main road which had a bus stop to all towns. We were very impressed with the bus payment system, just tap your card for up to 5 people and tap off once when you get off. It calculates the charge per stops. We decided to stay for an extra week due to the comfort in the apartment and the excellent service from the Manager. Martina was also a bubbly, positive friendly staff member who was on reception, bar and in the restaurant and in fact was part of the entertainment team at a Villa Concha their sister Hotel. She was an asset to the company and stood out above all the other staff. When this Hotel is fully finished it will be very good.

Amazing pool. Calm, quiet, oasis of a pool area. Comfortable loungers. Loved twice daily sorbet by the pool! Staff outstanding - incredibly friendly and helpful at every opportunity. Spacious split level suite, large comfortable bed. Food in restaurant excellent. Good breakfast.
