Fantastic hotel. Fabulous room, bright, clean and comfortable. The buffet for breakfast and dinner (we were half board) was excellent. Great selection and good quality food. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a fantastic hotel. Ideally located. It has incredible staff that make you feel like family. The beds are super comfy and the room are large with everything you need.

Amazing value for it’s money! Its cheaper than most offers on the Island and it’s a 3-star hotel, so don’t expect anything fancy. However, our room was very comfortable, we had a balcony and a large bathroom. We also had a half-board booked, and the food for breakfast and dinner was amazing. It’s not a very high variety of dishes, but everything was delicious and fresh. Drinks are as cheap as €2 per glass of wine. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Very kind people. Cleaning services were good as well. We had a car with us for the whole duration of our stay, and there is a free public parking just 100 meters away from the hotel. Overall, for those who come to the island to explore it, rather than to stay at the fancy pool hotel and nearby beach, it’s an amazing option. Ourselves we were having breakfast early and leaving to explore the island by car, and were coming back around the end of dinner time

Fantastic hotel. Beds were very comfortable, we loved the view from our room. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff was very helpful, we would like to thank Carla from the reception desk. We also liked the flamego show, in the evening.

Very nicely kept property in a beautiful setting with private garden and spa. Beautiful breakfast in the garden, appreciated the amenities like the pool. Recommend a room with a mountain view as you have a fantastic sight of Teide.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the beds were very comfortable, excellent choice of food each day for breakfast & dinner, xmas day & new years dinner was fantastic they really pulled out the stops. Hotel is a 5min walk to centre of the city, lots of hills & steps to navigate, something to consider if you are not very mobile. Over all very pleasant stay.

Our stay was great, we actually don't have anything to complain about. Breakfast buffet was nice and sufficient, our room cozy (although we were on the first floor and these rooms are quite dark) and the guy on reception, we unfortunately didn't catch his name, (but has glasses) is just brilliant.

Option to include meals. Size of the room. People I faced on reception. It's neither good or bad for us, but the average age of visitors was 50+ what can be not the besst match for young people(we are 30+)

This hotel is beautiful. From the lobby, rooms, grounds, swimming pool area and restaurants. The whole place is stunning with amazing views. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We dined in the Amalur restaurant each evening and honestly the most delicious food, and good sized portions too. My two girls (8 and 9) also loved this place. There were no signs of building work at all as other reviews have said. The hotel looked completely finished and immaculate. The swimming area was the cleanest and warmest we experienced all holiday as we travelled around a few different hotels. This hotel is also in a great location, a pretty 10 min walk to the sea front with loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommend.

Clean room and super friendly staff. We could leave our food in the communal fridge.

The hotel is close to the old city, Loro Parque and Playa Jardin, a beautiful beach. The room was great, I liked the comfy beds and the pillows, so I had a very good sleep. They have a nice heated pool on the roof, but I didn't try it.

New, spacious, clean room with a lovely balcony! View is amazing! Very central. Recommended if you go for a night life! A lot of lil coffee shops and restaurants available around. Staff was nice and helpful! They are still renovating and improving areas, the room would be perfect if you add a big mirror, kettle and A/C If you relay only hotel’s WiFi please note it wasn’t available I would definitely stay there again ♥️
