Everything was perfect, very nice rooms and wonderful breakfast. The host is very lovely with all of her guests and shares a lot of knowledge of Mallorca. Will definitely be staying here again when in Mallorca.

The staff was very welcoming during our stay and the surrounding views of the sheep and farm land in the morning was very calming. Breakfast selection was fresh and delicious with option to start your morning indoors in restaurant or out on pool deck.

The building and its furnishings are unique and thoughtful, contemporary, luxurious and comfortable. We were looked after by Susan like good friends and served delicious food. The finca is in a village setting in Selva, perfect for the northern Serra de Tramuntara mountain range and yet an easy drive away from Pollença, Soller, Valldemossa. We adored our time here.

We loved the different levels and terraces around the pool, and the variety of beds, sun loungers, deck chairs and tables scattered around with shade/sun and privacy. We didn’t leave the hotel it was so relaxing! The food in the restaurant was great, the room was very comfortable and clean with a great shower and our own outdoor space for seating. We will be back!

We had access to CAN Cota's facilities: pool, spa, bar,... The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Everything was perfect. And Selva is a traditional cute and alive Mallorcan village, everything that you would hope for.
