We really liked the location, the rooms, the breakfast, and the staff! The hotel was in a quiet and peaceful village on the outskirts of Sóller (we walked into Sóller, and left the car parked) The GR 221 trail went through the village, so it staying in the hotel was great for wanting to hike!! A nice local cafe/bar was just down the street, and was a great place to relax after a hike ... with a drink, food or homemade cakes. The rooms were spotless clean and very comfortable. The rooms were quiet, beds comfortable and nice modern bathroom facilities. We ate breakfast on the veranda and it was a great start of the day with good food, a view of the valley with citrus trees and mountains... The personnel were friendly and helpful and took pride in the food that they served. We would certainly ike to come back, and are recommending friends to get the same experience that we had.

Soller is breathtakingly beautiful although it can get uncomfortably crowded as it is a convenient way of visiting other mountain gems like Valldemossa. The vintage tram to Port de Soller is a must as is the elegant Can Prunera house and gallery. Nearby botanical gardens are stunning.

Soller town is quaint, but the big problem is parking.

Soller town is quaint, but the big problem is parking. I suggest do not even attempt to drive into the town unless you are very early in the morning. The shopping is really limited to one main street, but lots of interesting shops. The cathedral is impressive and the main square is quaint. Port de Soller has a lovely harbour surrounded by shops and restaurants with the main promenade restricted to cars.

Soller is a charming town filled with character, excellent restaurants, history, cute boutiques, and locals & tourists alike. The historic tram and train leave from Soller, making day trips to Port de Soller and Palma easy. Soller is safe, clean, and friendly. There is plenty to do, and the perfect home base for those that want to explore the Tramontana Mountains for cycling or hiking, and also explore the neighboring villages of Deia, Valledemossa, and Banyalbufar. Our favorite restaurants in Soller were Luna 36 and Nixtli. Our favorite restaurant in Port de Soller was Espiritu Libre.

We move between Soller and the Port.

We move between Soller and the Port. There's great walking through hills and woodlands plus the coast. It's clean, safe and welcoming. There are dozens of restaurants and bars to choose and it's so chilled. Just relax and join in the community - people are really friendly and you'll meet lots of nationalities all having a great time

The entire area is well suited for hiking - both for shorter and longer distances. It is easy and fun to get lost - and then to discover new hidden gems. Actually, the best suggestion I would have is to put Sóller in the midst of a circle with a 10 km radius. There are extremely many things to find. Everything from hiking trails to hidden monasteries, quaint cities and information about a rich and eventful history. Of course, the best is to find people to sit down and talk with. I have found some places that I very much would have liked to visit again. To start with; Muleta vde Ca S'Hereu. If you have the chance, drop by for a visit. These are some of the nicests and sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. A somewhat surprising recommendation perhaps; drop by Hostal Residència Nadal for a good and healthy breakfast for 7 euro in a quiet back garden. Very relaxing before a busy day. For a longer walk I suggest paying Hotel Hoposa Costa d’Or a visit, have a good dinner and enjoy all the scandinavian litterature that is placed there. After this, head for Alconasser - and if you are still up for it, take one of the trails over to Port de Sóller. Just to mention a few potential routes. Of course, there are many other places worth visiting as well - for instance to walk up to Fornalutx and head up towards some of the trails that are crisscrossing the upward parts of the hills. Of course, it will probably pay off to not visit during the warmest parts of the years. I stayed there for a few days in October, and that was just perfect!

The hotel was only a 5 minute walk to Soller centre. Soller is a beautiful town, with lots going on in the main square. Lots of places to eat and drink, each weekend there is some form of entertainment in the square. Saturday is market day, I would advise not trying to get to your hotel for check in until after 5pm as roads are closed.

excellent location of the hotel right in the city center next to the square, we came to Soller by train like most tourists, close to the hotel from the station, very friendly staff, we received a map of the city and walking routes at the reception. The room was very comfortable, which was very good after a whole day of mountain walking. The room had a kettle and tea mugs, as well as tea bags and coffee. The room was warm, this was important since we stayed in February. Clean rooms, daily cleaning. Comfortable bed. We received a welcome drink.

A beautiful apartment with an amazing view over the mountains. The apartment was very comfortable, lovely comfortable beds and it had everything you needed. The host also left toilet roll, washing up liquid for you to use. The hosts communication was excellent throughout and was very helpful. We also enjoyed the shared pool. We would definitely stay again. The walk up to the apartment was steep, but we enjoyed the walk and the air conditioning when we got into the apartment! The location was superb, absolutely loved Port de Soller.

The house and the garden is incredibly beautiful! It is even more beautiful than in the photos. The location was perfect for us, walking in to the old town in only 10 minutes, even with a stroller. Picking oranges ourselves to make fresh orange juice every morning was wonderful. The host was very sweet, offering to help us book a taxi to the airport. There is no airconditioning, but the owner provided fans in every room.
