The room was spotless and the furniture is all new. The reception staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the centre, which is also a huge plus.

The hotel has a great location, directly across the street from the beach and very close to the bus stop connected to the airport. The hotel facilities are very good, and the breakfast is great.

Was very pleased with Azuline hotel palma nova.Stayed in one of the apartments and found it quite spacious,spotless clean and overall great value,thank yee.

The location is close to Palma (10min drive), highway, many markets, etc. 1min walk to the beach.

Everything is very tastefully designed, despite being a large hotel you don’t have the feeling and it almost feels boutique, location in the castle and views over Palma are awesome, we played a lot of golf and the hotel was very supportive in getting tee times etc, golf courses close by are amazing, beds extremely comfortable, service very friendly and as professional as you would expect for a 5* hotel

The hotel was gorgeous. The staff were respectful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The grounds and spa are wonderful.

Room is impressively big, with very comfortable beds. 3 of us stayed at the hotel and we still have plenty of space to move. Very nice location. Breakfast is amazing.

The hotel is well located, close to the centre, with a view of the sea and the yachting harbour. It is very clean and the service is of very good quality. I was impressed by the reception staff, who were very open to answering our questions and helping us with our requests. The breakfast buffet is very varied and the chef prepares some dishes on the spot.

The breakfast was great. Samo, the cook made great omelettes. Mira at the reception desk was very helpful and nice to us. She welcomed us with a big smile, recommended restaurants, how to get to the beach or the most attractive trips. Belena, the chief of the restaurants was warm and guesting. She created a great atmosphere for guests. The pool is big and regular, perfect for swimmers. The location is attractive, close to the beach and hundreds of bars and restaurants.

Modern, fresh, super great service, comfortable

From the welcome, through the service, to the food and drinks—everything was excellent. Just a few meters from the hotel, there is a public transport stop, which makes getting around the city very easy. Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach a main shopping street with many restaurants, bars, shops, and other activities.

Very cozy and compact hotel. Comfortable beds, wardrobes, balcony. Delicious breakfast: pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. 6 minutes to the bus stop, 20 to the center. Many delicious and useful places nearby. Very friendly and professional Staff. The hotel has a wonderful partner for renting cars, bicycles and motorcycles - quickly, professionally, without complications. If you plan to rent - I recommend contacting the administrators at the reception and using this service.

The rooms were great n clean ..the staff really helped with the places to visit .. The breakfast was the best .we stayed for Nights and I loved it .most attractions you can walk to and the cathedral was right outside our balcony . beautiful view .it rained one day .there is places to eat dinner enjoy a beer or wine right at the corner and outside the hotel
