Very nice hotel for a great price

Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed and good space. Very central, easy to park on the streets nearby.

Staff were so gorgeous and sincere. Room was amazing. An oasis in the heatwave.

Beautiful building, very friendly and cheerful staffs, delicious breakfast!

The location and how friendly the staff were

A specially nice hotel in a most traditional refurbished old house, centrally located in the old town but within easy access, very quiet. The public parking almost behind the hotel a bonus.The room was very quiet, traditional but comfortable, extremely clean, beautiful furnishings. Reception staff very nice, multi-tasking at breakfast time, which had a very spread of good choices, including great coffee.

Beyond exceptional room and facilities.

Everything!!! It was like staring in a museum:) loved it ! Every detail ! It’s true it smelled like old things but that’s part of the charm and it felt as if we had stepped back in time:) And Roze met us and showed us around, she was kind and even helped us with the luggage . She is the soul of the place 🥰

Hard to comment as this is not a usual hotel experience! It's a trip back in time to the late 1800s - like staying in a castle or similar! Yet you still obviously have the aircon wifi etc. Breakfast was fantastic. Free parking 100m away (yes, the car park is free) I think that particularly Americans would be blown away by staying in a place older than their country!

Hotel is in a good position, everything is new and cozy.

Me ha sorprendido mucho la habitación de hotel. Lo reservé para pasar la noche, no tenia muchas expectativas al ser de una estrella, pero me encontré una habitación totalmente reformada, con aire acondicionado nuevo y una cama muuuuy buena. También estaba limpisimo todo. No tiene nada que envidiarle a un hotel de 3 estrellas. Por ultimo agradecer el trato dela gerente, ya que fue muy amable y me contactó para acomodarme todo y ver si me faltaba algo. Me voy sorprendido para bien. Si algun dia tengo que volver a Ubeda, miraré este sitio. Enhorabuena por el trabajo y las instalaciones!

I liked every thing about this little hotel. Right in the centre of the old town. Value for money was amazing. Location was premier

Unusually charming hotel which seems rather understated with three stars. While the lobby is rather old fashioned the room was large and beautifully set up. There where several steps in the room what I found charming but may be a challenge for some.

The building is beautiful, and not overly renovated. The situation is exceptional, on a major, beautiful, historical pedestrian square. Although I reserved the cheapest room, I had the pleasant surprise to be accommodated in a very large, lavishly furnished room, with a huge bathroom and entrance hall. It was very quiet, too. The air conditioning was almost totally silent. I felt very much at home. The restaurant is excellent. The maître de was absolutely perfect.

Lots of free parking. Large room with plenty of hot water. Lady of reception was brilliant. Helpful and cheerful
