A beautiful hotel in the middle of nowhere, with beautiful surroundings and a very nice restaurant. The staff was very friendly and although the kitchen in the restaurant was going to close (22:00), they agreed to still serve us (21:30), and we were able to have dinner.

Super nice Canarian house, renovated, tranquil, great breakfast. opposite the main square. 100 m from central parking.

The hotel has a very special atmosphere. I was amazed by the interior of the hotel. The staff is extremely nice. We had a very warm welcome and perfect service during the breakfast. Which is not self service and it is a big plus in my opinion. The breakfast was very tasty and more than enough for us. Our room was cleaned every day. If you are searching for a calm place with nice staff, this hotel is a very good choice.

What a find. A hotel with charm, quite different from the standard hotel. Good food and a delightful host too.

Great breakfast, egg dishes were tasty, as was almond cake. Really comfortable bed. Enough free parking space on the street ( in January). Peace and quiet. Spirit of the old times. Beautiful property, tastefully restored with respect to history. Kind and helpful staff.

Very comfortable, large and quiet room. Had bicycle equipment available which was perfect as we had a flat tyre during our stay. Staff really friendly.

Amazing hotel! The best experience I ever had in Tenerife! Very nice and cosy hotel away from typical tourist area. Very peaceful and quiet! We celebrated our honeymoon night here. They made it very special for us and we felt very welcome . The hotel has a very nice spa included, plus the outdoor area is just fantastic. Thank you also for the gentleman with glasses in the reception, SPA lady with black hair and waiter who served breakfast cause all offered very good customer service.

The hacienda is a beautiful, atmospheric old building. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable. There is a lovely garden or sun deck with tropical plants and a hot tub and views up to the mountains. There is an indoor glass conservatory with games, magazines and a great coffee machine.

The location is impossible to describe. One of the best places I ever slept. We got a good value as we only reserved accomodation. The pool (open until 19:00) helped us refresh after a long day hiking under the sun. The staff was extremely nice and helpful all the time.

Excellent location if you want central point to explore Tenerife. Hotel is very clean ant it is fair value for your money. Our host Denise is top and she is absolutely added value to the hotel.
