We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Kemijärvi! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and well-maintained the entire hotel was. Every corner, from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and welcoming, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. A special thanks goes to Vlrgemir, who truly made our experience exceptional. His politeness and helpful nature stood out immediately. He went above and beyond, answering all our questions with patience and ensuring we felt at home. He even helped us navigate the area and made excellent recommendations, all while being so genuinely kind and pleasant. The restaurant on the first floor is delicious. I highly recommend dining there. The hotel rooms are average, but it was super quiet and warm to sleep in.

Wonderful little place by the lake. Very comfortable beds, nice clean bathroom. Beautiful rooms and pretty buildings. Just stayed for one night, but would have happily stayed longer. Check in went very smoothly. Didn't get to use any of the additional offers (e.g. Sauna, skates,..), but they were there. Breakfast was fresh and plenty. Cold cuts, cheese, bread, eggs, bacon and lots of coffee. Perfect

I had a really pleasant stay at Academy Hotel Kemijärvi. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with everything feeling fresh and modern. It was nice that all the interiors and facilities seemed new, even though the building itself is older. Overall, a cozy and convenient place to stay – I’d definitely recommend it if you’re visiting Kemijärvi.
