The facilities are amazing, a good combination of great design and comfort. The hot tub is a great touch and the windows give the room a fantastic view. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and abundant. Special thanks to Tobias and Rico who made the stay 10x better. They let us know when the Auroras came out and cared to come outside to explain and spend some time with us.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay and impressed in every possible way. The igloo was modern, beautifully designed, and extremely well equipped, with absolutely everything needed for a perfect and comfortable stay. It was very warm inside, making the experience cozy and pleasant despite the Arctic conditions. Communication with the hosts before arrival was excellent — they provided all necessary information clearly and in advance, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The shared cottage was outstanding, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. We were especially impressed by all the thoughtful details and amenities provided throughout the property. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of food, snacks, and drinks available in the shared cottage. The sauna was amazing, perfectly clean, and a wonderful addition to the overall experience. Our stay truly felt like a dream come true, and we enjoyed every single moment.

I had the best time staying at Palas. After a week packed with adventures, I decided to treat myself to a relaxing stay before flying home, and it was exactly what I needed. The place is incredibly peaceful, with hardly anyone around and the most beautiful views over the lake. It’s the perfect spot to unwind. I also booked the hot tub as an extra and loved every minute of it. The sauna was amazing too, especially finishing with the traditional Finnish shower (hot and cold). The airport shuttle service was incredibly handy and reliable, making getting to and from the airport completely stress-free. Johanna is a wonderful host and clearly cares about making sure her guests have the best possible stay. I’m already planning another trip to Finland, and I will absolutely be coming back.
