We loved our stay with this gorgeous family. Super comfortable bed, space to ourselves if we wanted it and fantastic company also. Breakfast was wonderful. Really can’t say enough as to the value in so many ways of staying here. Sarah cooked us dinner one night also and it was one of the best meals we have had in Fiji and very generous of course. If you need transport Sam was a great driver and we loved being shown around by him. Just fabulous!!!

If you think about Homestay experience, this is the perfect place ! Sarah and Sam are absolutely amazing! More than helpful, really kind and mindful! Thank you for your kindness and knowledge! Home is close to the airport and a bus stop. Sarah and Sam have really good tips on how to visit the island and will adapt to your way of traveling:) The food is absolutely great, and I garanty, you won't leave the table hungry ;) The room was clean and tidy, with everything you need, even a newly added AC ! Storm, Raymond, Milli, Eric and all of the other staff were brilliant from start to finish. The setting of the resort was stunning with great views and an immaculate garden. The food was consistently good/varied and the Fiji night buffet/performance from the local kids was a great idea. The activities offered were all worthwhile and mostly value for money. Our room was a great size and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

This is THE place to stay at if you go to Taveuni. It's really well located, close to dive centers / rainbow reef and it's easy to take the bus to go to Bouma to do the Lavena and Tavoro waterfall hikes. The rooms are surrounded by beautiful nature, the pool is great and the food very tasty. If you're traveling solo, you might meet other like minded people as it's the only place with a dorm. The best thing about the lodge is the staff, who will make you feel welcomed and looked after during your whole stay and who will share more about their culture if you take the time to chat to them. Be sure to try kava and listen to the beautiful music Kali plays every evening. Also they run a morning boat ride to try and see dolphins (couldn't see them when I went but you get to snorkel too) . Big thank you Lavinia, Laisani, Kali, Mateo and the kitchen team.

- Excellent location close the airport, as well for diving, snorkeling and exploring the island, up above the village with a fantastic view - Allen was extremely helpful and attentive - nothing was too much trouble. His help planning and arranging activities was invaluable, given his excellent local knowledge. He was also highly flexible to changing plans. - Clean and comfortable accommodation, including a pool and firepit. - Walking distance from local restaurants, as well as good quality and good value food on site. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a base to explore Taveuni!

The Homestay was outstanding. The entire host family is very friendly and highly service oriented. I got a true experience of Fijian culture, which a hotel stay can not provide. They have a way of making you a part of the family. The hosts sing and play guitar to welcome you and again on farewell. The food is outstanding. I got freshly plucked, organic fruits and vegetables directly from the plant. The coconut water provided was from freshly plucked fruits. The chief hostess is an amazing chef and made delicious and yummy meals with a new combination in every meal. For all my future trips to Taveuni, I will be staying with them.

The Host family was very welcoming and made us feel that we are part of their family as well. Eparama and his son took us to all the tourist attractions and chauffeured my family all around the island. Mili and Aunty made the best breakfast from the presentation, homegrown fruits and freshly made pancakes... it fueled us up for the whole day. Uncle told us many stories of the olden times and the traditions of the island. Our time with the family will be cherish for many years to come.

This is an adventurer must - the walk to the waterfall is a little more rugged , than the ads say , great for the adventurer!!!! A dont miss - I loved this island is so fijan and we stayed in a home -I am coming back - to dive- the currents were not good during my stay but there is plenty to do !!
