This archipelago of 322 islands are situated in the South Pacific Ocean and well known for their varying coral reefs. Its tropical rainforests, coconut plantations and palm-tree-lined beaches are big draws for those looking to soak up the scenery. Over 1,500 species of sea life live amongst the islands’ reefs, making it a real haven for scuba divers and snorkellers. Adrenaline junkies can take up whitewater rafting and even skydiving experiences above the crystal-clear sea. If you prefer to keep your feet firmly on the ground, then islands such as Taveuni and Kadavu are a rustic paradise for hikers. The capital of Suva is a great place to learn about the country’s history and culture, with the Fiji Museum and Municipal Market among the attractions. The town has a large Indian population so you’ll find plenty of authentic curry houses serving up tasty dishes. Most accommodation can be found in the main cities of Suva and Nadi, with a range of hotels, apartments and beach resorts among the top choices.
Everything. :-) Staff was so amazing. Our 6 month old Baby wandered from arm to arm which gave my husband and me the opportunity to have relaxed meals and the baby very much enjoyed all the attention. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed. Daily activities such as village visit or movie night are offered. Free yoga in the morning and evening on a deck facing the ocean was nice. Also the food was excellent. There are mostly bigger tables for 8 to 10 people which was a great opportunity to have conversations with fellow travellers. Smaller private tables ar also available but need to be reserved for dinner time.
It was very clean, comfortable and spacious. I slept very well. It was minutes from the airport making it convenient. The staff were very helpful and were so kind to let me store luggage & when the ferry was running late even dropped my bag to me at the airport which saved me time. Shuttle to and from the airport & pick up to the ferry terminal. Spa treatments were lovely & relaxing & food was tasty. Really good spread for breakfast - great first day of my holiday & nice place to stay especially when it was raining. Thank you
Loved staying there! The room, the food, the staff (SUPER friendly),the ambiance, the happy hour.. The hotel has very good vibes! very close to Vuda Point Marina.. and most important of all, it was very safe for a female solo traveler !
