Staffs absolutely helpful, room is decent for backpacker, 10 minutes walk to the city, nothing else i could ask for

It was a very nice place to stay rooms were very Good and the staff excellent the staff at the Reception were fantastic and always were happy To help 10/10 for the Novotel in Bayeux.

We spent two nights at this hotel, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it more. The interior is decorated with a unique and artistic eye—you’ll keep discovering charming little design details everywhere you look. There’s also a small, lovely back terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast surrounded by flowers. Our room was exceptionally clean and tidy, and everything worked perfectly. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel is simply perfect. But what truly sets this place apart isn’t just the beautiful space or the practical amenities—it’s the warmth, thoughtfulness, and genuine hospitality of the owners. It’s clear that they run their boutique hotel with love and care, doing everything they can to make guests feel welcome and at home. Their passion is evident in every little detail. Amazing Chateau very well renovated and decorated rooms. Was our second time staying there and we loved it both times :) Great food for dinner and breakfast choice, everything fresh and sourced locally.

Location, lovely breakfast and restaurant

We liked everything! The receptionist on checkin was exeptionally kind and sweet. We stayed in the Orchard rooms, which were fantastic and honestly completely spotless, neat, clean, spacious and cosy, we felt right at home. The orchard room is modern but still very cute. The bathroom is large and the shower was heavenly. The whole property itself is fantastic, the hotel is located somewhat in the town itself but in no way do you notice this. It’s extremely calm and the house and garden are beautiful. We also had breakfast which was great! The location is adorable and the young man and lady working breakfast/reception were fantastic and very polite. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful property, beautiful rooms, beautiful breakfast but most of all, beautiful people. The staff were absolutely wonderful, from the exceptional Laetitia through every single member of staff. Never felt so much at home away from home! Keep it up guys!! And thank you!

Staff was really friendly and SO helpful. After a super late arrival, we overslept breakfast. They brought out coffee and pastries to make sure we had something before our excursion for the day. They were so welcoming and friendly. Great place to stay.
