It is a family-run hotel with a friendly atmosphere. The facilities are great. The restaurant serves very good dinners at a very reasonable price. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Very good value for money.

Super good location to go visiting and hiking

Thonon. Les Bains is a very good base for ski trips and visits to beautiful towns on the lake of Geneva. Ibis Styles and budget are newly gerestyled and everything looks fresh and new.

The hotel has been built in a modern and bright style. Very pleasant compared to normal and standardized rooms. The location is not perfect but still good, everything is within walking distance Breakfast is really good. The hotel is highly recommended

Lovely old hotel right on Lac Leman, with a wide sandy beach. Nice newly-decorated lake view room with a lovely bathroom. Exceptionally friendly owners, good dinner; all in all a very welcoming and comfortable experience.

Fresh orange juice at breakfast was super. The rooms are well-equipped: a kettle, tissue paper, a bathtub, and a terrace.

Big size room, with nice facilities. This is the second year that my group stops in this nice hotel. Just utside the wall of the town, away from the chaos of the town. Highly recommneded

Excellent location, literally in the city center. Rooms are very nice and clean with beautiful views to the old city roofs and leman lake. We traveled with my family and 10 months old baby, the staff was super friendly and supported us with all the requests we had for the baby. The part I loved the most of the hotel was the restaurant, they have an excellent menu composed of local products and wines, the quality of the food is exceptional and again the staff is super friendly. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everybody. We will be back for sure in spring time!

Best staff, so friendly & helpful. We booked dinner last minute & they gave us the best table in full restaurant. Great views over lake Geneva whilst having a balcony breakfast. Clean & comfortable. Parking not far away but you can drive to hotel for drop off & pick up of luggage. Ferry to Switzerland & lake towns on your doorstep

Amazing place and we have stayed a few times. Wonderful for kids. Two pools and scenery and location thoroughly enjoyed.
