Ideal location, so friendly staff … everything perfect…

The bathroom was very modern and perfectly clean. So was the room! The staff was very kind and accommodating. I enjoyed the snacks and breakfast available onsite in the morning.

staff welcoming and friendly cleanliness in both bedroom and bathroom

The receptionist was lovely and spoke to us in a mixture of spanish, italian, and french which I loved. She told us a little bit of history about the hotel itself and the story behind the elevator. Only stayed for one night but for the price it was perfect and it was more than enough to explore and enjoy ourselves in Lourdes.

Clean and very near to the Basilica snd grotto

Hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming. Very comfortable place. Breakfast is very reasonable. Overall value for the money.

hotel was near to the Train Station and in the city too.

It is 5 minutes walk to the Lourdes Sanctuary. We book this hotel due to the location. In the middle of the Train station and the sanctuary. We were welcomed and given our room very quickly. The staff were very helpful and they also supply (for a fee) the breakfast and dinner.

The room was clean and smelled nice. The location is near the train station and there are several bus stops near the hotel. The staff is very friendly.

Well decorated rooms, very comfortable bed, with a lot of light and nice view. Great spa facilities and services.

We stayed in the new suite that is adjacent the main hotel. It was fantastic! The owner is very accommodating and enjoyable to speak with and the room was perfect in every way. This was a highlight of our stays in France during our travels. Highly recommend.

The breakfast was fine. What we really like the most is the manner we were treated. We can not ask for more.

The location is very close to the sanctuary. The hotel area is calm and homey very nice to stay. The hotel is also clean, friendly staffs, and the important thing is…Good breakfast, the croissants is very tasty 😍 The chocolate is also delicious. They are really mood booster for begin of your day 😍😛

Excellent location from the train station (walking distance to the hotel).

The location is excellent, the restaurant and the owners are very welcome. Great price 👍

The value for money was excellent, and commuication before the trip was helpful. Efficient in replying to emails, and with help with coach hire. Generous with the group on the day of departure when our flight was in the evening, The meal was simple but of amazing value, and helped many who are not well off to have something good to eat.

So far, I’m happy about what I saw the manager very good smile very polite

Simple but confortable room. Special mention to staff’s kindness.

Nice hotel - clean room - friendly staff - 10 minutes walking from train station and from the basilica of Lourdes
