Beautifully restored chambre d’hotes. Beatrice and Francois have created a very special place. The room was fabulous, the beds, best we’ve slept in, the facilities were fabulous with plenty of thick white towels and the bathroom was lovely. We had safe storage for our bikes and Beatrice and Francois were the perfect hosts. Very attentive and we all ate together for the evening meal, also with Clara who is staying with them for a while, all wonderful company and we felt part of a traditional French family for an evening, all the food was local, the beef from their farm! The breakfast was gorgeous in their lovely dining room. We have marked it as a definite return venue next time we’re down that way. A wonderful two night stop for us.
