Super cozy hotel. Staff was extremely nice. Cleanliness over the top. Much attention to details appreciated. The view from the room over the vineyards.

Very Cosy and clean hotel. I got a large and spacious room and the center od village is 10min walk. You have a free parking and breakfast is really nice too. High recommendation

Very quaint hotel in a fairytale location. Clean and new bathroom. Charming owners. If you like historical buildings and want to wander the most beautiful forests then this is the place for you. The hotel is full of Alsatian antiquities and the breakfast room is very traditional.

The hotel is very cozy, with the entrance hall decorated in the old style but with modern and very comfortable rooms. Our room was big enough, with very soft and pleasant carpet, spotless, with a great bathroom. The personnel are nice and helpful. In fact, we booked a smaller room but they upgraded us for free to a larger one, which was very nice.

Excellent restaurant and service the whole hotel met all our expectations, hotel situated in alovely part of the alsace and good motorway links, look forward to our already booked return visit.

This truly is a four star hotel in a perfect location. Everything was very modern and clean. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has and elevator. Beautiful comfortable modern room with nice bed and pillows. Parking was a short walk away and cost five Euros for 24 hours. Great breakfast with hot items. Nice value.

The hotel is a few steps from the old town of Riquewihr! Very comfortable and elegant, we loved our stay!

Central village location, close to a public parking, very friendly staff, always clean, option for nice breakfast and dinner. Perfect place for visiting Riquewihr, Colmar by car and all lovely Alsace villages by walks of one to few hours.

The scene was perfect. The city and the location of the hotel within the old castle was just breath-taking. We were lucky that it was snowing once we arrived and it was just beautiful from the room. If you have dogs, there are plenty of opportunities to walk your dogs around the hotel. Room was clean and very comfortable. Although it's a pretty old building, no sound or noise during day or night. We're very pleased with our stay and would like to return for sure!

Beautiful old abbey in a stunning village, sensitively decorated with all modern conveniences. Clean and warm, welcoming staff although we didn’t see them very often. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

We’re in the room « Apricot » on the 3rd floor. Very comfortable separate beds with a bathroom with bath tub. The toilet was separated from the bathroom which we appreciated. There was a flight of stairs going up to a living room area where we found a sofa, TV and an office desk. The view was over the old village with the castles in the background. Absolutely stunning. The electric heaters were all very efficient during the cold night. It’s located in the middle of the village. Staff friendly. We did not have any breakfast so cannot comment on it. It is charming and we regretted that we could only stay for 1 night.
