The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - couldn't have been better! Hotel in a brilliant location, and with ample car parking. Breakfasts were copious and delicious.

Bedrooms an improvement on last year. We had rooms 42 and 43. They were brilliant - clean and tidy and comfortable.

Great location in the centre of a historic and beautiful city. Underground parking for 8 euros is an added bonus. Restaurants and bars are plentiful and close to the hotel. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

What an exceptional performance experience . From the great staff to the fortress/castle experience our group of 9 including children had a great time .

The hotel was perfectly situated, our room was beautiful and although the restaurant was closed we ate very well in the hotel’s bistro. A very copious breakfast was a bonus the next morning.

Encounters with the staff at all points (reception, breakfast, restaurant) were always a joy, very friendly and accommodating with all our questions and concerns.

Staff was superb. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were more than adequate and very clean. Private parking for Cars locked away and safe at night.
