Value for money, secure parking. Very clean. Room compact but not terrible. Breakfast a nice variety. 15 mins walk from centre. But for a “cheap” hotel it was excellent.

It was August in France so we really appreciated that the room came with air con and a standing modern fan (I am asthmatic so air con can agitate me). The rooms are clean and modern. As you exit the hotel to the right is an area full of lots of different restaurants and it’s got a nice, cool vibe. There were two young women who worked there who were lovely and helpful (one on reception from check in time and one fashion student in the morning for breakfast). The site parking is 16€ a day and we were happy to hide the car off road because Rouen is a maze of single lane, one way streets that people are driving the wrong way on (road works blocking a main road)

Staff were fine. However we had to deal with noise outside until 3.45am! This is unacceptable. Why didn’t someone from the hotel call the Police?

    This was a very good hotel once we'd found it (our mistake with the GPS). We appreciated being able to take our small dogs into the dining room for dinner and breakfast, though for breakfast we had to abandon that as it was too difficult with the buffet. The free parking was excellent and the restaurant food was really good. The buffet breakfast was above average though the hot food ran out and there was a noticeable wait for it to be replenished. That was good as it signalled the food had been freshly cooked!

    Difficult to find. For a 3star hotel, the bathroom was disappointing, no kettles no hairdryer and the hot drinks machine in the corridor was unavailable.. however the bed was very comfortable and the restaurant was good.

    Super hotel that provided a stop off on our drive down to Bordeaux. Lovely staff, large apartment with lots of space and great amenities. Unexpectedly luxurious. We will be using the hotel regularly.

    Location was perfect for motorway access as this was an overnight stopover. Good parking. Very helpful member of staff who was able to recommend restaurants as the hotel one was closed.
