Centrally located in Cassis, Hotel du Grand Jardin is 656 feet from the harbor and 984 feet from the beach. It offers rooms with views of the garden or the town and its castle. What was not to like! We are on a road trip around France and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in so far. Impossible to find fault with any aspect. Perhaps they could widen the access to their underground carpark! My car was too big to pass through the entrance!

Set in a Mediterranean-style garden with an outdoor heated swimming pool, and featuring a relaxation area with a hot tub and sauna, this hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center of Cassis and La... The facilities are amazing, the swimming pool area, the nature surrounding the hotel... It really makes you feel like you're in a forest. Nothing quite like resting next to the swimming pool with this as background noise. The service was also really good and they were always helpful. Sleeping quality was excellent as well! Although it'd be even better with a more plush pillow.

A quirky hotel with loads of personality. The decor is vibrant and fun and our family room had a wonderful outdoor area with it that was an unexpected bonus and a wonderful place to sit in the evening. Great location right on the beach ( which is very busy most of the day!)

Hotel Les Roches Blanches Cassis, Le Jardin d'Emile, and Hotel Du Joli Bois got great room view-related reviews from travelers in Cassis.
Beautiful port with plenty of good restaurants, boat trips and walks. Everything is within walking distance. The first 3 calanques are beautiful and worth the effort walking or you can drive and park at the first.
The booking proses through Jeffrey Concierge was a big shlep! The security deposit was only paid back 26 days after the departure date and not 14 days! The unit was not as clean as would be expected, the oven and hand basin in the bathroom was dirty. There was no toiletries, even the soap dispenser at the hand basis was empty. Booking information states that toiletries are provided. I contacted Rami about this and his replay was "for the soap I have no information from concierge I will contact them tomorrow and call you" He never called me back. We booked for 5 adults and there was only 3 wine glasses.
Cassis is a beautiful harbour town with lovely old houses and plenty to explore. Restaurants vary greatly, read the menu and prices before going in. Many boats offering trips to the Calanques. If you have a car take the Route des Cretes to La Ciotat, beautiful drive and spectacular scenery.
Charming seaside town with a picturesque harbor. Loved the colorful local small fishing boats and had a marvelous dinner quayside at La Vieille Auberge that included the absolutely delicious local specialty, fish soup!
Beautiful city with wonderful food. Places to hike (The Calanques) and walk, cute shops. We took a cruise around the bay and to view the Calanques which was amazing. Can just sit at a table for hours, drink coffee and watch the scenery and people. Really would love to come back for many more days.
Cassis is a classic French fishing village with a pretty village square, harbourside restaurants and cafes and two beaches. There is plenty to do especially if you visit the nearby Calanques - I recommend seeing them by boat and also exploring by foot for the full experience. We also walked up Cap Canaille - which is a steep uphill climb but worth it for the spectacular views. Cassis is understandably popular with visitors (mainly French) and it gets busier at the weekend but that also gives it a real buzz and a lively, welcoming feel.

The view is breathtaking, the rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious, but it’s the warm and wonderful reception from the owners, July & Jean, that I will always remember. Jean even drove me to the train station for an early morning train. You will instantly feel like family. I loved everything about this very special place!
