Having read all those 1-star reviews, I was mentally prepared for the worst nights in my life. But actually, everything went rather well! + We were lucky to have quiet neighbors, so we could peacefully sleep until late + The window (once closed) totally blocked the noise of the highway, and our room 303 was facing it + The matress was rather comfortable, not spongy + Clean toilets and showers + 24/7 reception (compared to another F1 where we couldn't book a room bc it was too late to arrive) + When we arrived, the window in our room was open, for letting the air in. With +37° outside, it was a thoughtful gesture + Price

Very clean, very, very friendly staff, food was good. Location outside Lyon was ideal for one night stay when travelling. Hotel is being refurbished, but this appears to be done in sections as none of the areas we used were dirty or had building materials in.

A little nice place between industrial area, going often for work here and find this a quite and cosy location close to my office

The staff was absolutely amazing, they went beyond their duties to help and satisfy us. I never put a 10 but they deserved it! Lots of parking, quietness of the room, i warmly recommend it!

Mezzanine and entertaining space available: we were able to spend time as a large family bonding of all ages, playing cards and eating in that space. Table football and kitchen facilities available. Microwave and kettle. Tram line outside. Short walk to shops. Rooms well sound proofed. 30 mins to train station. Shower gel in shower. Enough toilet rolls and towels provided. Friendly and helpful staff.

Very nice clean new hotel, great staff who speak English. Very comfortable room and beds. Also very nice for our child of 1 year old with colors paintings and books in the child corner.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and was truly impressed. The hotel is in an excellent location in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, which was perfect for a good rest. It’s conveniently situated near the hospital, making it especially practical if that’s part of your visit. The staff were genuinely pleasant and helpful. They assisted with all my questions and requests and were always available and responsive. You can really feel that they care about their guests. The hotel itself is very good — clean, comfortable, and offers everything you need. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel whether you’re just passing through Lyon or planning to stay for a few days. If you’re looking for a good hotel with great service, safety, and a quiet atmosphere, this is the perfect choice.

Airco worked well, easy parking, direct access to motorway, good breakfast, dog friendly. Staff listened to our room requests and also gave good restaurant suggestions.

It was a perfect stop on route to Belgium. Secure parking, comfortable bed, bath, and heating. Ideal place to stop overnight.
