Everything was wonderful! The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including coffee, tea, a kettle, and shower gel. Everything was clean and tidy. The location is close to the city center, and there’s a lovely winery and shop next door. The staff spoke excellent English, explained everything, and were very helpful

We had an exceptional stay at Château R. Every aspect, from the beautifully appointed room and outstanding restaurant to the scenic views and perfect location near the city, was phenomenal. A special note of appreciation goes to the receptionist, whose warm hospitality made our visit truly memorable.

Everything. Walking distance to old town. Good size room. Very modern and comfy. During our road trip, we extended our stay with a night as we really enjoyed the hotel. Great value for money.

Best location, beautiful historic building. Every detail is unique, as if you are living in an old palace! . Cleanliness, amazing bed and exceptionally good ladies-staff in the kitchen. Beautiful breakfast area. Red fish for breakfast, quality cheese selection, fresh small croissants, freshly squeezed juices.

This hotel is a true suprise. It surpassed all of our expectstions. The staff was super kind and attentive, the beds very comfortable, rooms clean, complimentary book for our child, great smelling soap and quiet and pleasant rooms. It is better than many 5 star hotels that we stayed at.We will be back!

Quiet location among vineyards, and at the same time very close to the centre of the Alsatian village (5 mins on foot). Everything is new and fresh. The bed is very comfortable. The room convenient and nicely designed. The staff super nice and helpful.

The location is excellent; you can see it as soon as you exit the station.
