Breakfast was awesome and prepared in a diligent manner

On the third day of our long sea and road journey from Volos, Greece to Reading, England, we spent our evening/night at hotel "Au coucou" in Pulversheim, a mere 12 km from Mulhouse. The hotel provides for a back to memory lane atmosphere as well as a warm accommodation. It is very rare nowadays in this era of multinational hotel chains to be met, after a day-long 800 km drive, at the hotel doorstep by its owner, the cheerful Madame Cierocki. The clean bedroom and its large en-suite bathroom provided for a super quite night. The "L'envie" restaurant managed by an experienced chef in the person of the hotel owner's son allowed us to enjoy the very best of French cuisine. A delicious breakfast was arranged by Ms Cierocki at 7 am. We will definitely come back.

Nice and authentic place to stay. In one house there are 4 boxest, each has their entry. Each box is has a living space with sofa and tv, bathroom, on the floor there is a sleeping space with several beds.One box is roomy,for exemple suitable for 2 adults and 2 kids.

The location is great and the staff are amazing. Always friendly and helpful. The restaurant has excellent food as well as a good breakfast is provided. I like staying at the hotel and wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Had all what we needed for stop over

I really like this hotel & I am so glad I found it. I have stayed here four times now travelling from the UK to Italy and it's so close & easy to find from the motorway. I have a very small dog, so unable to use all the facilities, but for those who like spa's & wellness centres, it would be ideal. I always ask for an easy access room, due to carrying my luggage & little dog's bed etc & they always try their hardest to accommodate me. There is also a lovely bar & restaurant and a great seating area outside to have your glass of wine. On my last visit I found great country walks a stones throw away from the hotel. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

Traditional Alsacian hotel, with many rustic features. Double glazed windows with shutters. Simple tasty breakfast. Quiet within the hotel - we heard nothing from the other guests, of which there were many.

The room is well designed and decorated, clean and affordable price. Self check in machine is definitely is very useful.

The staff was very polite and kind, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet, depite hotel’s location near the highway junction. The breakfast was very good.

We were taken care of even that our flight got delayed and we arrived around 2am

Excellent location on the route to Switzerland and Italy. Gated parking, large clean room with a bunk bed for the kids, the room had.a bathroom and a seperate toilet. Very friendly and helpful staff. We will be staying at the Novotel Mulhouse again in the future.
