In such a beautiful, peaceful location. Close to the lovely village of Fons. Madeleine at La Halle restaurant is fabulous and the food amazing. Sylvie at La Piale was the perfect host. She was patient with our limited French but we had some lovely conversations. We were here 20 years ago but the property hasn’t changed a bit thankfully. The pool is beautiful and all you can hear are the bees buzzing on the lavender and the cicadas. We loved every minute of our stay. It is one of my very favourite places in the world. After a turbulent few years, I was so very pleased to spend a week here with my family. I hope I shall return soon.

Excellent staff, including the owner's family who were very welcoming! Good location for Harley bikers. Superb room overlooking the pool. Ideal for a refreshing swim. Evening food and breakfast were of a high quality. Several locals were out to eat.

Staff were all welcoming and helpful. Great food. Very good food selection at breakfast. Great location on the edge of the historic area. Everything was very clean. Good lighting in the room. Comfortable bed, opening window and fan. Shared bathroom and toilet facilities (as described) but own basin in the bedroom.
