All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly, pleasant and most helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of foodstuffs. Plenty of space around the hotel building with loads of car parking. A very relaxing place to stay avoiding the bustle of Rouen. St. Auben - Elbeuf station is nearby for a day out in Rouen, without the driving.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Luckily for us the Manager spoke good English. We had a delicious meal accompanied by a bottle of Chinon recommended by the Manger. Great after our journey from East Sussex! Bed comfortable, shower good, all very clean. The room was compact which we expected but it had everything we needed for our one night stopover on the way to the Vendee Globe. Breakfast good choice. Would highly recommend definitely for one night in November. Thank you to all the staff .

The staff and the character of the place

I arrived late in a sunday, and the very kind receptionist, Charlotte, remained to see that I could access my room, and although the building appeared to be having renovations, the room was very clean, simple and no noise, the breakfast was served very civally, it was sufficient, clean and covered all tastes

I liked the price and the rooms were clean and new.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very quiet and peaceful, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was full and delicious. The location is great, especially if you're visiting the university. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they speak both English and French, which was very helpful! I also appreciated that there were water coolers available throughout the hotel, a small detail that makes a big difference.

If you travel by car and don't want/need to stay close to the city center I can totally recommend this hotel. The price was the cheapest out of all hotels we stayed during our 1-week trip to France.

Great location , wooded and quiet but just off the motorway. Perfect for dog owners as it is a motel so you can request a ground floor room. Garden area to walk the dog . We had a lovely , good value 2 course dinner here and our dog was allowed in the restaurant. Parked a few feet from our room door.

Very clean and super friendly staff

Friendly staff, bilingual for those that need it. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and the beds comfy. Secure parking was available round the back. Breakfast was a buffet with excellent coffee.
