I like the location very much. A quiet area and the RER B was very close by, which made it very easy to get into the center of Paris and to go back to the airport.

Location was close to the station. Breakfast was really good. Excellent service and cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Really good hotel, good location, price and room.

Clean, friendly staff. Beds were really comfortable. Get a 10th floor room (we were in 1026) it has views of the Eiffel Tower! Bit of a trek from Gare de Nord but would recommend.

Location near metro, good breakfast

It is in a quiet and peaceful place, the staff is very kind, the breakfast is plentiful and delicious (it is very worth it, although unfortunately there is no scrambled eggs) Possibility of luggage storage! The subway is close, a 6-8 minute walk!

Good location nice hotel. You may take a bus or metro to city center it takes only 15 mins

Clean, consistent and in a nice location

The bed is really comfortable, sheets are soft. I love Nuxe cosmetics.

It's about a 10 minute walk from the metro station, which wasn't a problem for me. The lady at the front desk was very nice and patiently introduced me to the surrounding supermarkets and transport stops.

Breakfast was well spread with a combination of fruit, cereal, different breads and eggs. Coffee machine was available with water dispensers at the lobby and on the room floor . The metro was a 5 minute walk and you could get to all Paris attractions including if you want to visit EuroDisney. Rooms were a good size and had 2 tv’s one for the kids with their sleeper couch and the other for the main bed.

Excellent situated, near the metro station. Very very clean. The staff made us feel at home all the time, always helpful and very nice. Breakfast is truly good and they make fresh bread each morning. For us it will be the place to stay in Paris.

We were looking for a peaceful, small, and nice-looking hotel within acceptable distance to the center of Paris and Villa Royale was a perfect choice for us. Well communicated (From CDG airport take RER train to Cite Universitaire; to the center of Paris - Porte d'Orleans underground station is something about 5min on foot and it will get you to Louvr Museum or even Montmartre in 30min), Boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff, especially at the reception, small but cozy rooms, comfy beds, and simple, but very tasty French breakfast... And if you are an owl the aroma of freshly baked bread at aprx. 4 am will make your day better. Thank you! :)

The staff were so nice and understanding, I had an all nighter for the fete thing and they understood I was tired and were extremely reasonable when I was checking out
