The friendly atmosphere and really helpful host. We had issues with the motorbike and as a real motorcycle enthusiast he provided us with tools and spare bolts and nuts. Being a Ducati 996 owner he was used to having spare parts available ;-) The food was excellent and the chef waited with serving till we were finished with the motorbike.

Staying at Château de Contay was a wonderful experience, and we’d love to return. Communication with Nicolas was excellent, and Anne, who welcomed us, is an exceptionally kind and remarkable person. Convenient, quiet location with parking right outside. The accommodation was very clean and had everything one would want for a short stay. It was well furnished, warm and had excellent wifi. Corbie is ideally located for visits to Amiens and the Somme Valley. The town itself has a good supermarket in walking distance also a baker and several bars and cafes, Our host was very attentive and came round when we had a problem with the TV(our fault!)
