A comfortable, quiet room in a charming, renovated old mill. We greatly enjoyed dinner in the moulin restaurant overlooking the mill stream (after a walk and an apéro in the bistrôt in the village). We were able to securely store and charge our bikes in the garage.

Located in the heart of the historic center of Moret sur Loing, the Hostellerie du Cheval Noir is a perfect stopover at the gates of Ile de France.

definitely a unique apartment, with loads of art and loads of item which we liked , loads of colours, balcony is nice but unfortunately we couldnt use it much cause of the rain , good wifi , good space , unfortunately there was a closed road so parking in front of the house never got available, I had to find an alternative which was 5/7 mins walkinh from the place. host communication was very good and he went extra mile allowing us to get in a bit earlier to accomodate nap for the baby

At first glance, this seems like a charming place, but in reality it is only suitable for smaller guests. Everything is extremely compact, with very low ceilings throughout. The main reason I can understand the positive reviews is the host’s hospitality, which is genuinely excellent. Amenities The kitchenette contains everything advertised, but it is also very compact. I did not use it during my stay, so I cannot comment on how well it functions in practice.
