We had a most wonderful stay. Our host was warm, friendly, welcoming, she provided everything you could wish fr,o and more . We loved the room, the view, the dog , the breakfast, and most of it, the stars! I have not seen the like in many years. We sat up until after midnight, gazing up at the impossibly bright Milky Way, and counting the shooting stars. Unforgettable.

A very enjoyable night at this historic place situated in a very quiet area of France definitely worth a visit though. Our host made sure we could book a nice restaurant for the night and it was nice exchanging with her about the local area.

Breakfast is help-yourself: cereals, yoghourts, juices, fresh fruit and wrapped breads and madeleines. Only on Sunday were there fresh breads and croissants. Good coffee. You can use the big common area to watch TV or to cook up something in the microwave. I loved the quiet but some might find it too quiet! The room was fine with everything I needed, including a fridge. Wifi was good. Owner will go out of her way to help.
