The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and explained a bit about the area, she was very welcoming. Tha place was clean and is spacious it has a nice and spacious balcony area. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Certainly good value for money.

I really like this hotel & I am so glad I found it. I have stayed here four times now travelling from the UK to Italy and it's so close & easy to find from the motorway. I have a very small dog, so unable to use all the facilities, but for those who like spa's & wellness centres, it would be ideal. I always ask for an easy access room, due to carrying my luggage & little dog's bed etc & they always try their hardest to accommodate me. There is also a lovely bar & restaurant and a great seating area outside to have your glass of wine. On my last visit I found great country walks a stones throw away from the hotel. I would certainly recommend a stay here.

My family is from there, so I come back every year.

My family is from there, so I come back every year. Since I work, I didn't want to bother them this year. It's a very pleasant town, as is Pfastat; I had lunch at the farm, an exceptional establishment. Both are small towns, making it very easy to get around.

Great location, easy to find off the motorway and good parking. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the room very clean. You can walk directly into Lutterbach from the hotel where there is a small supermarket and some restaurants. For dog owners the property is ideal and if you choose to walk into Lutterbach there is a park and a whole wooded area for dogs who need longer walks to break up travel times!
