Personal friendly and super helpful. Breakfast good value. Rooms clean. Good bed!! Never seen shower with two highs, that was perfect and I want the same to my home

Everything was great 😃👍🏻

Everything was nice and clean . Staff were very welcoming. Lovely and quiet and shaded room with the trees. Air-conditioning not good fan needed in summer. Good price for accommodation.

Everything was wonderful, and thanks to the receptionist who helped us carry our bag to the second floor and brought a crib for the baby.

Thanks a lot for an easy and fast check-in with Sébastien and a very friendly check-out with Hasnaa!

Clean and quiet rooms With a super store close to facility bakery and fresh baguette available

This hotel is an experience in itself – it feels like you’ve been transported 100 years back in time. The sense of history, elegance, and attention to detail is palpable. The atmosphere is full of charm and emotion, and the quality of service is excellent. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The lobby and café are adorable, exuding a unique charm, and the breakfast is simply outstanding. The rooms are warm, comfortable, and cozy, making you feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better – just a few minutes’ walk from the main square and the central train station. I was extremely satisfied with my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect blend of historic charm and comfort.

room seemed to be big good car parking breakfast was good

Reasonably priced and easily accessible by car. The staff was friendly, and we felt welcome. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and constantly topped up. The breakfast room was a comfortable size and had outdoor sitting areas.

This Hotel is an exceptional property with an incredible value for money! The rooms are super huge and well equipped with space to work and even bathtubs. I cannot understand at all the mediocre - bad reviews of this place. We liked it very much there. In my opinion, this is a great location to stay overnight when travelling from / to Switzerland. Due to the time of the year, we could not use the pool, but we did use the sauna and it was amazing! Staff was very friendly and there are more than enough parking spaces around for all guests. The property was clean and welcoming for people.

The location is great and the staff are amazing. Always friendly and helpful. The restaurant has excellent food as well as a good breakfast is provided. I like staying at the hotel and wouldn’t mind staying here again.

On the third day of our long sea and road journey from Volos, Greece to Reading, England, we spent our evening/night at hotel "Au coucou" in Pulversheim, a mere 12 km from Mulhouse. The hotel provides for a back to memory lane atmosphere as well as a warm accommodation. It is very rare nowadays in this era of multinational hotel chains to be met, after a day-long 800 km drive, at the hotel doorstep by its owner, the cheerful Madame Cierocki. The clean bedroom and its large en-suite bathroom provided for a super quite night. The "L'envie" restaurant managed by an experienced chef in the person of the hotel owner's son allowed us to enjoy the very best of French cuisine. A delicious breakfast was arranged by Ms Cierocki at 7 am. We will definitely come back.

Well.placed and friendky staff

Service, promptness and honesty of the staff. Especially Ms. Jida/Lida (sorry for not remembering the exact name) Our luggage was stored in the locker room for a couple of days with no extra charges. It was very safe. We even found a missing bag safely with the help of the staff.

We have stayed at Le Bristol several times before and as usual it is very good. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Location 10 minutes walk from the city center.

Great location, in the heart of city center, 10min walking from train station, and best start point to explore Alzas!Very friendly staff who will give you all instruction what you need.

It is very good as a 3-star hotel. I wanted to rate 9 overall with all pros/cons, but comparing to some other 3-star places (which received 8 from me), I cannot give less than 10! Price was good, and the location as well (though, you may stray a little bit in the very centre), the room is beautiful ... perfect for 2-night sleep, while travelling from this destination. And by the way - there is a small fridge in the room.

Design very original & spacious, decor is balance of minimal & comfort, settee in room & open plan internal common space, wonderful space to be in, 70/80‘s corporate look style

Comfortable beds, nice staff, very clean spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, parking is about 100 meters away, ask for instructions before arrival, you can order pizza till very late. Very pleasant experience, thank you!
