The hosts were very welcoming and hospitable and we spent a lovely hour with them and some of their friends in their beautiful seating area in the garden. They have restored the property both inside and out to the highest standard whilst retaining its character . The decor was absolutely beautiful with great attention to detail. The room had everything you could possibly need and more besides. Breakfast was lovely and was served in their beautiful big kitchen. We simply couldn't fault this wee gem of a place in any way.

Warm and welcoming host, making me feel right at home during my brief stay. Communication was clear and prompt. The bedroom was absolutely charming, with a cosy atmosphere that made it the perfect retreat after a long work day. I particularly loved the electric blanket – it was such a lovely touch, especially on the frosty night. The radiator kept the room at a comfortable temperature, allowing me to relax completely. Considering the price point, I found this accommodation to be fantastic value for money. You get so much more than you would expect for the price, and it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in their establishment.

The property is lovely, really pretty and in a great location, very convenient for the motorway. Parking is secure and plentiful and the beds were really comfy. The host provided loads of helpful information in advance, including detailed directions and restaurant recommendations.
