Proprietarul s-a gandit la tot ce ar fi util (de la fier de calcat, fierbator, vesela pana la o ghiduri turistice, harti etc). Este perfect localizat pentru vizitarea orasului Metz iar apropierea de gara (2 min) este ideala pentru iesiri de o zi in alte orașe Nancy, Reims, de ex.
