A very good place to stay, nice breakfast

The hotel had a 24h reception so we could also check in at 12:30 am at night. The room also had an AC.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and perfect for two adults and two children — plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety to start the day right, and the staff were consistently warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Although the hotel isn’t located in the city centre, it’s well-connected: a nearby bus made it easy to reach the beautiful city of Nancy. Plus, having parking available right in front of the hotel was a great convenience. All in all, a great choice for families — I definitely recommend it. But

Lovely hotel with great interior. The staff was very friendly and location was perfect. Everything was close and as someone who gets scared easily at night, i felt verys safe. 😊 We will be coming back.

Hôtel de Guise.   The personnel, Adam, Vincent, Nathan, Manon we all very helpful, kind and full of information. Especially Adam who checked us in. He gave us directions to the main attractions,    dinner  recommendations and made us feel welcome . He is perfect for his customer service role. Our room was romantic   the bed and pillows very comfortable. The room very quiet for a relaxing night sleep. The air-conditioning so quiet you could not hear it. The breakfast was delicious with all the food that we needed.  The location perfectly located near many restaurants and public transportation.  Don't let the exterior fool you the interior is beautiful. Most important,  the staff made our stay very special. Thank You for such a memorable stay

It was very clean and the bed was comfy! The staff were also very welcoming. I think this Ibis might have been newly renovated and so everything looked really flawless.
