What a fantastic new clean hotel with lovely views of the mountains located in a small shopping mall. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and impressed with the room, the large balcony and bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable, great air conditioning, a mini fridge, WiFi and a swimming pool. The breakfast was good too. There is secure parking for bicycles. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We liked everything about this property! Staff very polite and helpful. Room very clean, fantastic and comfortable bed which was very needed as we were travelling. Big and clean bathroom. The whole building was very neat and new. We were very lucky to stay at this property. Breakfast in the morning was like a cherry on top of everything - croissants and bread freshly baked for us, fantastic meats and cheeses, fruits, yogurts, tea and coffee.there was just 2 of us but we were told to move to the bigger table as the breakfast was so big. Thank you chez Agnes !

I have booked this hotel a few months in advance because I wanted a hotel with SPA and close to the lake. 🤩🏞 Location 📍: The hotel is very well placed at the shores of Gerardmer Lake. It is easy to find on the way, it is very well placed, at a walking distance from shops, restaurants, and other interest points. Facilities 🛏 : The hotel offers nice cozy rooms with or without view to the lake. I have chosen a room with a stunning view to the lake and mountains 🏞. In the room you have a small fridge, a kettle, shower, toilet, and balcony. In the hallways, you will find water dispensers. The hotel has a private parking space 🚘 and a heated pool. You will receive a nice card holder with the access card for the room, the password for the internet, and the code to enter the building after 23:00. Extra services🪔: the hotel offers SPA services (sauna, hamam, jacuzzi🛁) for an extra charge and with reservation🕔. They also offer massage 👐 or beauty services through an external provider. You can also choose to take breakfast 🥞🥖🥚🍶☕️there for an extra charge. Every service that you opt for will be paid at the end of your stay. 👍👏 You can also choose to have dinner at their restaurant Cote Lac, whose menu📋 you will find in your room. The staff 👧: I have found the staff very respectful, helpful, welcoming, and ready to help with any information. They are always present at the front desk for any issue or question that you might have.👏👍🙏 After spending 3 nights there, I have to praise the quality of services (room, view, pool, spa), the kindness of the staff, and the quality and taste of the food served for breakfast that is produced there.

Cute cabin in the corner of the camp. It was quiet and well equipped. Great with a small pool for the kids to enjoy. We were thrilled our dog was welcome as well. We stayed one night as a resting stop during our road trip. We loved it!

Nancy is an absolute gem.

Nancy is an absolute gem. We had been before but had unfinished business with the Musée de l’École de Nancy, Villa Majorelle, and a second visit to the Musée des Beaux Arts in Stanislas Place. Stanislas Square is lovely.

To be accurate, our stay was too short, we could have stayed a "little" longer. Metz (historic centre) proved to a fascinating little town with a beautiful cathedral and superb covered market.

We spent two days in Verdun, and I could have stayed a few more days. Visiting the battlefield is simply humbling. At a minimum, visit the Verdun Memorial, the Douaumont Ossuary, and Fort Douaumont. Then drive around the battlefield and note how churned up the terrain is; it gives you a new perspective on industrial warfare. Before trying to understand what you're seeing, take time to read books on the 1916 Battle of Verdun; it will enhance your visit.

A lovely place with a beautiful lake. It was busy though with lots of traffic and more electric car charging points would be appreciated. We did manage to charge the car but the chargers were often busy.

La Bresse is a pleasant place to stay, and being up at a higher point gives it a nice atmosphere. Some bike outings from here are definitely more challenging than starting from Gérardmer or elsewhere, but overall it was good. For a future trip, I’d probably stay in Gérardmer instead. Also because it offers more dining out possibilities. However, La Bresse is much calmer and relaxed if that is more important.

Room was spacious, bed good. The area offered proper greens to walk with the dog. Plenty of quick bites around in the area at walking distance. However, the hotel itself is a bit outdated - but not in a bad way.

We were not here long so perhaps our review is not helpful but we were disappointed in the look of the city and the traffic was non stop. The River Moselle runs through the city and if we had been in Epinal longer, perhaps we would have warmed to it.

This was a pleasant, friendly small city. It was easy to drive around. The Centre Pompidou Metz is nearby and well worth the trip. There are bakeries for breakfast and good sized shopping mall for sundries and dinner.

Lovely French city close to the Luxembourg and German border. The old time is picturesque giving Spanish vibes. There are few farmers markets on the weekends that provide expansive range of local produce. Lots of cafes, bakeries and walks to take. Easy access to the waterfront for a lovely stroll or run. It was more than what we expected.
