Excellent communication. Wonderfully thoughtful to get a message when the room is available prior to the official check in time of 15:00. Much appreciated. Lovely and cool inside even on a hot day. Spacious, comfortable and clean. Especially quiet at night. Bike parking in the secure garage (but no ebike charging point). Close to the Via Francigena long distance pilgrim route.
