It was a surprise from beginning to ending. Our forrest hideway was incredible to sleep. From your bed we looked into the trees. We reserved just an hour before arrival and were asked to join the pre dinner drinks and dinner. It was amazing. Loved all of it.

We were arriving late and the hotel sent us an email and text with the entry code, making it stress-free. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities provided. We could park for free and there was a Lidl nearby for breakfast and a petrol station next to that.

Le Chapeau Rouge is located in Alençon, a 6-minute drive from the train station. The hotel offers a garden and a shared lounge with TV. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout.
