Everything, beautiful hotel with a wonderful bedroom. Added bonus was the outdoor swimming pool. Bistro restaurant was excellent as was the location next door to the abbey.

Rooms, breakfast and the general view of the city around the hotel. Good location, perfect to move all around without any problem, 5min walking and you can be at many historical places.

We had a very good time at the property with incredible breakfast. I would warmly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Loire valley. Saumur is a great historic city to visit!

Amazing restaurant, dinner was delicious. Bed was comfortable and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect for a one night stop the bed was comfortable the shower goods and hot and Wi-Fi was perfect

One of my favourite stays of the trip. The entire space was so beautifully and minimally furnished, letting the history of the space speak for itself. The staff was amazing and so helpful and the room was super comfortable! We also loved the delicious dinner basket at 35 EUR that was provided by the onsite restaurant, a great way to experience the Michelin star kitchen in a casual and accessible way. The highlight was the essentially private access to the Abbey and the grounds after hours. It was such a memorable and special experience and I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would have! Highly recommend this stay, it's one of a kind!

Modern, clean hotel opposite the train station and just a 15min walk to the centre of town. The breakfast was excellent, a great selection and freshly squeezed orange juice. Every staff member we encountered were extremely helpful and pleasant
