There are several lovely places to visit: the Marquenterre...

There are several lovely places to visit: the Marquenterre Park, the Maison de la Somme (Somme House), and the steam train rides are incredibly relaxing. For younger visitors, there are all sorts of rentals: railbikes, scooters, and various hiking trails. The Brasserie du Centre in Saint-Valery offers a friendly welcome and excellent cuisine.

There are many beautiful places to visit nearby: the bird...

There are many beautiful places to visit nearby: the bird park, the Maison de la Baie de Somme (Somme Bay House), St. Valery-sur-Somme, Le Crotoy, and Cayeux. The steam train ride was magnificent. The people in all the souvenir shops were very friendly. Intermarché and Lidl supermarkets are close by. The brasserie in the town center is an excellent restaurant.

Pendé is small but very close to Saint Valéry sur Somme,...

Pendé is small but very close to Saint Valéry sur Somme, perfect for visiting surrounding sites such as this beautiful medieval town with good restaurants, tea shops, as well as the site of Le Hourdel with its seals, Le Crotoy, a pretty little port with its fish shops... etc...

We didn't visit Pendé, but we did visit Saint-Valery-sur-...

We didn't visit Pendé, but we did visit Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, Le Crotoy, and Ault, which are three interesting places. We saw seals more easily in Berck than in Saint-Valery, and for free.

Not bad. A few minor things to improve (nothing major)... The furniture and decor in the living room are unnecessary; they're cluttered and don't add anything to the comfort. The layout is odd because there's too much furniture that serves no purpose for a two-person apartment. But the apartment is clean and the kitchen is functional and fully equipped. The bedding is comfortable.

Pendé is secluded and very peaceful.

Pendé is secluded and very peaceful. It's close to Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, where you can find everything you might need. Bicycles are readily available as there are cycle paths.
