A warm welcome and a lovely warm room with easily adjustable heating- so welcome on a winter evening arrival. Location is fabulous! We likes the eco shower head that lit up in different colours, helping you to save water. I want one! Everything very clean. We had the family room on the first floor. Very comfortable beds and enough space for our luggage. A quiet night. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice! Staff very friendly and bilingual. We would like to come back for more than one night.

The location was perfect, central to everything, including the Information office, the castle, the town for sightseeing, shopping and dining. The garden is composed of many sitting areas that stretched out to an overlook of the castle and is a part of the original city walls. The photos on the website don’t do it justice. A variety of trees, plants, and flowers - the perfect place to relax with a beverage.

The fabulous 15th Century building is full of character, ideally located in the heart of the old town. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, meats and cheeses provided by the owners own epicerie below. The owners could not have been more helpful. The recommendations they gave for restaurants were excellent. A unique place to stay.
