Usually use this hotel enroute from ferry port to Alicante. Always enjoy the stay. Near to the motorway off and back on in the morning. Good value, will recommend. L.

Perfect location with a very handy car park only 20 metres away. Excellent staff, great value for money and delicious coffee with breakfast. The Brasserie is lovely, good atmosphere, wonderful service and menu.

Staff were so friendly and really looked out for us when we arrived. It was super hot and they gave special attention to our dog, allowing us to hose her down with the garden tap

It was well presented, the staff were helpful, the rooms were spacious enough for an overnight stay and it was a reasonable price.

Hotel feels clean. Really friendly staff. The private parking is perfect as they close the gate at night so feels quite secured. Easy access from and into the motorway. When I booked I told them we were traveling from uk to Spain with our dog and they gave us a lovely room with a little garden so the dog could relax and unstressed from the long drive. And perfect for us as well, as we could enjoy a cold beer and some food "al fresco" with our doggie. Over all we had a lovely stay and we felt rest and refreshed for next day drive. Definitely booking a room again for our way back to uk 😊

One of the best hotels i have stayed in in our travels,lovely authentic rooms and grounds to relax in.Wonderful very helpful staff who go out of there way to help especially Eugene who we interacted with the most.Our group all have said the same and will advise friends and family to stay if they come to Bordeaux.

Perfect for travelling through FRANCE TO SPAIN

Premiere Classe Bordeaux Est Lormont was easy to find and has great access to the motorway. Good carpark with easy access to the room Maria on reception was very patient and helpful Breakfast was light and varied, satisfactory for a long drive ahead.

Whole thing excellent. Called us to check arrival time. Quite late so they waited for us. So helpful and friendly. 3 pets 2 rooms. All as good as it gets.
