I had such a beautiful stay. The attention to detail was wonderful, even French music at breakfast. I felt so welcomed and nurtured. When I told the lady that I was in France because my Mum had passed, she bought me up some apple pie while I was settling in. So clean and well loved. I would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area.

We had a fabulous stay. The house and the grounds are beautiful and very interesting. The breakfast was delicious and our host and his family took very good care of us. This was such a charming place and such a charming and welcoming host family. We utterly enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to returning one day.

Warm, spacious, elegant, comfortable, friendly, stylish, personal, it was all great. The room was huge, but warm with a comfortable bed, free fruit and water, nice view over the town square. En suite bathroom. Delicious simple breakfast with warm bread and homemade jam. The hosts (and cats) were very warm and friendly. I loved this place.

Large property, enough for 8 plus a baby. Superb pool with 6x loungers and 2 parasols although the pool robot hadn’t been used recently (we used it and was much improved the day after arrival). Very well equipped kitchen and everything worked. 2 excellent terraces with plenty of tables and seating and, also parasols/sun screens. Far enough away from town for peace and quiet but only a 10 minute walk.

A charming French town, with a lively market.

A charming French town, with a lively market. There are lots of interesting boutiques and traditional cafés. The town has many buildings of interest and also social events organised by the Syndicate d'initiative/Office du tourisme in the summertime. There are good supermarkets also.

In winter Riberac mostly goes to sleep.

In winter Riberac mostly goes to sleep. Very few restaurants are open. However, there is a good supermarket on the edge of town. People are very friendly and helpful, Would certainly visit in summer when everything is open and the market in full swing.

Riberac itself has perhaps seen better times however, its centre is busy enough with cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all easily accessible to cater for all needs. Its location means that it is perfect for travelling to many other interesting villages and lakes all within 20 mins or so making it a great base to visit this area of the Dordogne.

What an absolutely gorgeous B&B in a stunning setting. Vera and Adrien were so friendly, helpful and kind- we couldn't have asked for better hosts. The room was beautiful, clean and the bed was so comfy. The breakfast was incredible, best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was lovely, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The owners went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially our son. The breakfast was wonderful with homeade jams etc, and the location was perfect for exploring the Riberac

Quirky, interesting old house, full of history. Owner very helpful. Quiet rural spot but conveniently near Riberac. We really appreciated an ad hoc supper of local cold produce and wine provided at short notice.
