Amazing traditional beamed cottage with a terrace and panoramic views of the verdant landscape. The only sound was the birds singing! Well equipped kitchen and tastefully furnished. Very comfortable and warm and cosy. We ate outside. First class and we had a drink and nice chat with the owners who lived next door.

Room was lovely, breakfast was great (ignore past reviews - it must have improved as it was so good with lots of options) lovely grounds. Nice swimming pool but on the small side for number of guests and not great if lots of people want to use it. They had a lovely sitting area outside and the restaurant was great. Service and food both fantastic. And had food for kiddies (although children’s menu didn’t have much choice)

Excellent hotel and ideal location. Lots of restaurant choices. Jan and Ruud are excellent hosts. Swimming pool area is beautiful as is the outside terrace for evening meals, cooked by Jan and they were exceptional.
