Staff were so friendly and helpful. They helped us book and print our bus passes. Our room was also upgraded. It was very clean, the bed was so comfortable and air con was perfect. Location perfect for exploring the old town.

This is a hotel built and decorated with local labour, art and crafts. It is beautifully done and highly original. The rooms are comfortable and the common spaces are tasteful. An excellent choice, within easy walking distance of anywhere in the old part of Bayonne.

We booked 3 single rooms and all were comfortable and very clean. One member of our group is coeliac and all meals were excellent. The team on reception are incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Bayonne centre (fab food to be had in all the restaurants we visited) and 20 from the train station, there’s a bus link and it’s about 10 mins in a taxi. Perfect place to stay to see the area.

Great location, my lovely quiet room on the 5th floor, wonderful breakfast. So nice to be able to sit in the breakfast room and enjoy a free coffee or tea in the afternoon or evening with a view across the river.

The room was nice and clean. The guest area is exceptional, with a beautiful view and complimentary snacks. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back again💞

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel is a typical motel that has been renovated very well. Even though it is next to a roundabout on a main route traffic noise was minimal. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good value.

A simple room with everything I needed! And an extremely welcoming and encouraging host!

It was exactly what we expected. It's very tiny but has everything you need for a good night sleep. We traveled from Spain back to UK with kids and dogs and needed one night somewhere and this was perfect for us.

Excellent location for the motorway, very clean and comfortable and good value for money.
