Just about everything. The owner was exceptional in welcoming us. In fact all the staff are great. The rooms are set back from the road and in our case both overlooked the countryside. Very quiet. Rooms are large for French countryside. They were immaculately clean. The restaurant is particularly good. Fresh, clean and well prepared food. The set menu selected was one of the best I’ve had for the price. I would eat there again without hesitation. The staff were excellent.

Great little gite in a quiet suburban location near both farmland and the pretty town of Lavaur. The owners Chantelle and Bernard welcomed us like family, including a meal with them in their home, which is a treasured memory. They could not have been more helpful. This stay, although short, was amongst our best ever Gite experiences in France.

We liked Christian and Laurence very much. They allowed us to use their kitchen to prepare and eat our evening meals. Our bedroom was large and comfortable. The house is very old and is a project that might take sometime to evolve.

Easy to find,goid position. Extremely kind and generous hostess,made us home grown courgette soup .All home made breakfast ,jams ,bread,yogurt...excellent.

Just a completely beautiful house. The owner was charming and so helpful and because she didn’t speak too much English it was helpful for my French. We love being there with our adult son. We had had a stressful time because of the fires in the Aude region.
