Great location right beside the ferry terminal, friendly and professional welcome, nice clean hotel and lovely bar. All staff very friendly and polite. All doing a great job even in what appear to be challenging circumstances - will stay here again if we're in the area again.

Chrissie, the host, very friendly and helpful. All facilities were excellent - we lacked for nothing. Very easy drive into Stornaway for shops, restaurants, and ferry. Also good base to tour rest of Isle of Lewis
